Ascent AI Inc. (47, Nonhyeon-ro 149-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea) handles the personal information of ListeningMind app members as follows.

1. What we collect and why

• At sign-up (required): email, password (stored hashed), name; optional: company — to identify you, sign you in, approve the account and send notices
• Created while you use the Service: sign-in records (IP, browser, time), run records (app, action, time, Lima used), run results — to calculate usage and limits, respond to security incidents and show you your own results
• Password reset requests: email and requesting IP — to confirm it is you

2. How long we keep it

• Account details: until you close the account; deleted at once when you do.
• Run records: 1 year for billing and disputes; after you close the account they stay without your email.
• Sign-in records: 1 year.

3. Processors and transfers abroad

What you enter for analysis (keywords, website addresses, brand names and so on) may be sent to language model providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and others) to run the analysis; your email and name are not sent. The Service is operated in the Republic of Korea and Japan, and our Japanese affiliate (Ascent Networks) may access member details for customer support.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not give your personal information to third parties except when the law requires it.

5. Your rights

On the My account page you can see and edit your details, see and sign out your devices, and close your account. For other requests to access, correct, delete or stop processing, contact us below.

6. Security

Passwords are stored with a one-way hash (scrypt), administrator accounts use two-step verification, and every administrator action is recorded.

7. Cookies

We use one cookie (lm_sid) to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
