Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern the ListeningMind app service (the analysis apps, the Data API site and the agent connection features, "the Service") provided by Ascent AI Inc. (47, Nonhyeon-ro 149-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea) ("we").

2. Accounts and approval

  1. You apply for an account with your email, a password and your name, and by agreeing to these terms and the privacy policy.
  2. We review and approve applications. Until approval you can only view past results.
  3. We may refuse or suspend accounts registered with someone else's email or with false details.

3. What is open without an account

App pages and a single result opened by its own link are open. Starting a new analysis, changing data, lists of past runs and exports need a signed-in member.

4. Lima and usage limits

  1. Runs are charged in Lima. 1 Lima is KRW 100. The ListeningMind Data API credits a run uses (KRW 1.3 per credit) are converted to Lima; runs that only use language models cost about 1 Lima.
  2. The expected Lima is reserved when a run starts and replaced with the actual amount when the result reports its usage. A run that fails to start is not charged.
  3. Each member has a monthly limit (1,000 Lima by default). At the limit, new runs pause until the 1st of the next month (Korea time); an administrator can change the limit.

5. Your obligations

  1. Do not share your account, password or agent key.
  2. Do not overload the Service with automated calls, access other members' results without permission, or try to bypass its security.
  3. Make sure you may analyze what you enter (keywords, website addresses and so on).

6. Results

You may use the results of your runs in your work. Rights in the search data contained in results stay with us; reselling results or supplying them in bulk to third-party services needs a separate agreement. Results are statistical and model-based guidance, and we do not warrant their accuracy.

7. Changes and interruptions

We may change features to improve the Service and may pause it for maintenance or incidents. Important changes are announced in the Service in advance.

8. Suspension and closing your account

  1. You can close your account at any time on the My account page.
  2. We may suspend accounts that break section 5.

9. Limitation of liability

Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses from free features or from decisions you make using results.

10. Changes to these terms

We announce changes in the Service 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes against your interest; if you do not agree you may close your account.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
