A pack can be used for 180 days from purchase, by every key approved with this e-mail.
With several packs, the oldest is used first. The account's free allowance (the monthly part and a company e-mail's sign-up bonus) and trial Lima left on a key are used before any pack.
Each key never spends more than its monthly cap. Agents get quotes and run only within that cap.
You can withdraw within 7 days of payment if nothing was used. After 7 days or once used, withdrawal is not possible, but you can claim 90% of the unused Lima of a valid pack (m-support@listeningmind.com).
